Chef Josh provided the most amazing meal and evening on our visit to Maui. He brought everything he needed (including Emily) and utilized what was available in the condo. My children and I cherish the memories made that evening

My husband and I were visiting our friends in Maui a couple of years ago. They said they were going to have Josh come over and cook for us that night. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but between the presentation and the choice of food combinations, I was blown away!

If you want to sit in the kitchen and watch the master at work – no problem. If you want to lounge by the pool while he cooks, he will bring you a delicious Mai Tai (or beverage of your choice). Chef Josh exceeds all expectations!.

The cooking, setting the table and cleaning up was all done by Josh and his staff in a very professional manner, the kitchen was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. It was truly a memorable evening!”

As the evening progressed, we were served a delectable 4-course meal that far surpassed any high-end restaurant. If you want to experience the ultimate pièce de résistance meal, I HIGHLY recommend!! Regal !
