During our Maui vacation, my sister and I wanted to treat our hosts to a fine dining experience. We contacted Josh and he graciously invited our group of four to his lovely home where we were treated like royalty. His home sits amongst a small field of exotic proteas and off in the distance was the most beautiful view of the ocean which was the gem of the sunset.
